TITUS COUNTY FRESH WATER SUPPLY DISTRICT NO. 1
352 Fort Sherman Dam Road
Mount Pleasant, Texas
Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the governing body of the above-named political subdivision will be held on the 15th day of June, 2026 at 12:00 P.M. in the District Office, 352 Fort Sherman Dam Road, Mount Pleasant, Texas, at which time the following subjects will be discussed:

Public Comment: Prior to making a public comment, speakers will be recognized by the Presiding Officer and asked to provide their name and physical address. At the Presiding Officer’s discretion, speakers will be limited to three (3) minutes to facilitate the opportunity to comment by all those so interested and to support the orderly flow of the Board Meeting. If a member of the public inquires about an item that is not on the agenda, the Board of Directors may not deliberate or discuss the topic, except to provide a statement of specific factual information given in response to the inquiry, recite existing policy response to the inquiry, or direct District staff to place the topic on a future agenda. ALL SPEAKERS SHALL STRICTLY ABIDE BY THE DISTRICT’S MEETING CONDUCT AND DECORUM POLICY.
