TITUS COUNTY FRESH WATER SUPPLY DISTRICT NO. 1

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the governing body of the above-named political subdivision will be held on the 16th day of June, 2025 at 12:00 P.M. in the District Office, 352 Fort Sherman Dam Road, Mount Pleasant, Texas, at which time the following subjects will be discussed:

1. Consider and Possibly Approve the Minutes from April 28, 2025
2. Review Financials and Bills from April and May 
3. Consider and Possibly Approve Awarding a Primary Depository Services Contract to VeraBank, the local Banking Institution with the Best Overall Offer for Titus County Fresh Water Supply District’s Financial Accounts
4. Consider and Possibly Approve Resolution No. 06-16-2025, Awarding a Primary Depository Services Contract to VeraBank, and Authorizing the Executive Director or Designee, to Execute all Agreements Necessary to Implement the Contract
5. Executive Session in Accordance with the Texas Government Code Sect. 551.071-Consultation with Attorney, Sect. 551.072-Deliberation Regarding Real Property, Sect. 551.074-Personnel Matters and Sect. 551.075-Conference with Employees
6. Reconvene into Open Session
7. Consider and Possibly Approve a Variance Request from Dwayne Lee to Add a Structure Within the Flowage Easement, with a Small Portion being Below 342 MSL on his Property, Located on Lot 102, The Peninsulas at Bob Sandlin, in Titus County
