OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
TITUS COUNTY FRESH WATER SUPPLY DISTRICT NO. 1

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the governing body of the above-named political subdivision will be held on the 28th day of April, 2025 at 12:00 P.M. in the District Office, 352 Fort Sherman Dam Road, Mount Pleasant, Texas, at which time the following subjects will be discussed:

1. Consider and Possibly Approve the Minutes from February 17, 2025
2. Review Financials and Bills from February and March
3. Presentation by Kelby Wolf with Texas A&M Forest Service Regarding the Timber at the Flood Control Area
4. Consider and Possibly Approve a Variance Request from Lum Henry Morgan, Jr. to Build a Residential Structure Within the Flowage Easement of his Property, Located on Lot 20-R, Cherokee Point, in Camp County
5. Consider and Possibly Approve a Variance Request from Kenneth Click to Add onto an Existing Structure Within the Flowage Easement and Below 342 MSL on his Property, Located at 1512 County Road 2319, Pittsburg, in Camp County
6. Consider and Possibly Approve a Variance Request from Jayme Haley with Gary’s Termite and Pest Control to install MistAway System’s on Boathouses on Lake Bob Sandlin. The original request was tabled by the Board on April 16, 2018
7. Consider and Possibly Approve the District’s 2024 Racial Profiling Report
8. Executive Session in Accordance with the Texas Government Code Sect. 551.071-Consultation with Attorney, Sect. 551.072-Deliberation Regarding Real Property Sect. 551.074-Personnel Matters and Sect. 551.075-Conference with Employees
