TITUS COUNTY FRESH WATER SUPPLY DISTRICT NO. 1

352 Fort Sherman Dam Road
Mount Pleasant, Texas

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the governing body of the above-named political subdivision will be held on the 19th day of September, 2022 at 12:00 P.M. in the District Office, 352 Fort Sherman Dam Road, Mount Pleasant, Texas, at which time the following subjects will be discussed:

  1. Consider and Possibly Approve the Minutes from August 15, 2022
  2. Review Financials and Bills from August
  3. Consider and Possibly Approve a Request from RB Capital, LTD to Build a Residential Structure Within the Flowage Easement of his Property, Located on Lot 2R, Phase 1, The Peninsulas at Lake Bob Sandlin, in Titus County
  4. Consider and Possibly Approve a Variance Request Submitted by RB Capital, LTD to Build a 2,368 Square Foot Boathouse Adjacent to his Property, Located on Lot 2R, Phase 1, The Peninsulas at Lake Bob Sandlin, in Titus County. If approved, this would make the Boathouse 768 Square Feet Over what is Currently Allowed Under District Rules and Regulations
  5. Consider and Possibly Approve a Request from RB Capital, LTD For a Variance to Build an 108 Square Foot (6’x18’) Storage Unit onto his Proposed Boathouse. If approved, this would exceed what is Currently Allowed Under District Rules and Regulations by 8 square feet. The Boathouse is Located Adjacent to his property, Lot 2R, Phase 1, The Peninsulas at Lake Bob Sandlin, in Titus County
  6. Consider and Possibly Approve a Variance Request from Bob Petitt for an Additional Pier Adjacent to his Property, Located at 968 CR 2720, in Titus County
  7. Consider and Possibly Approve a Variance Request from Karen Abbott to Build a 900 Square Foot (30’ X 30’) Pier, Adjacent to her Property, Located on Lot L-5-R, Cherokee Point, in Camp County. If approved, this would make the Pier 500 Square Feet Over What is Currently Allowed Under District Rules and Regulations 
  8. Discussion on FY 2021-22 Budget and Consider Approval of the Budget for FY 2022-23
  9. Executive Session in Accordance with the Texas Government Code Sect. 551.071-Consultation with Attorney, Sect. 551.072-Deliberation Regarding Real Property, Sect. 551.074-Personnel Matters and Sect. 551.075-Conference with Employees
  10. Reconvene into Open Session
