OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
TITUS COUNTY FRESH WATER SUPPLY DISTRICT NO. 1

352 Fort Sherman Dam Road
Mount Pleasant, Texas

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the governing body of the above-named political subdivision will be held on the 18th day of April, 2022 at 11:30 A.M. in the District Office, 352 Fort Sherman Dam Road, Mount Pleasant, Texas, at which time the following subjects will be discussed:

  1. Consider and Possibly Approve the Minutes from March 14, 2022
  2. Review Financials and Bills from March
  3. Consider and Possibly Approve a Request From the Hills Point and Meadow Lake Communities, represented by Jerry Goodale, to Reposition Their Existing No Wake Buoys Closer to the Entrance of their Cove
  4. Consider and Possibly Approve a Request From Dan Lasher, on Behalf of Brent Biddulph, For a Variance To Build 2 Separate Storage Units onto his Boathouse. The Proposed Size of the Buildings are 60 Square Feet (3x20) for Storage Building #1 and 120 square feet (6x20) for Storage Building #2. If approved, Storage Building #2 would exceed what is Currently Allowed Under District Rules and Regulations by 20 Square Feet. The Boathouse is Located Adjacent to Brent Biddulph’s Property, Which is On Lot 24, Sunset Bay in Camp County
  5. Consider and Possibly Approve a Request From Dan Lasher, on behalf of Brent Biddulph, For a Variance To Build a 120 Square Foot (6x20) Storage Unit onto his Boathouse. If approved, this would exceed what is Currently Allowed Under District Rules and Regulations by 20 square feet. The Boathouse is Located Adjacent to Brent Biddulph’s Property, Which is On Lot 24, Sunset Bay in Camp County
  6. Consider and Possibly Approve a Request From Dennis Cameron for a Variance to Add on an Additional 280 square feet to his Boathouse, Making his Overall Square Footage 1882, which Exceeds What is Currently Allowed Under District Rules and Regulations by 282 Square Feet. The Boathouse is Adjacent to His Property, Which is Located on Lots 15-17, Russell Estates in Titus County
  7. Consider and Possibly Approve Removal of the Residential Structure at 206 County Road 2220, Mount Pleasant
  8. Consider and Possibly Approve Cancelling the May 7, 2022 Election and Declare the Unopposed Candidates Elected
  9. Consider and Possibly Approve Cost of Living Increases for District Employees, Due to Unprecedented Inflation Rates Reaching the Highest Since 1981, to be Effective for Pay Periods Subsequent to the Effective Date of Any Action, and Any Necessary Budget Amendments to Implement Such Action
  10. Executive Session in Accordance with the Texas Government Code Sect. 551.071-Consultation with Attorney, Sect. 551.072-Deliberation Regarding Real Property, Sect. 551.074-Personnel Matters and Sect. 551.075-Conference with Employees
