VIDEOCONFERENCE MEETING: Pursuant to Section 551.127 of the Texas Government Code, and in accordance with Governor Abbott’s executive order temporarily suspending certain provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act that require physical presence or face-to-face contact, in an effort to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 while preserving government transparency and maintaining government operations, the Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of Titus County Fresh Water Supply District No. 1 scheduled on Monday, October 18, 2021 at 12:00 P.M. will be conducted by videoconference.

There will be no public access to the location specified above. Less than a quorum of board members may be physically present at the location, however, a quorum will participate in the videoconference meeting.

Subjects to be discussed at this time are:

  1. Consider and Possibly Approve Minutes
  2. Review Financials and Bills from September
  3. Consider and Possibly Approve a Request from The Pogue Family Living Trust, represented by Randall and Emily Pogue, for a Variance to Build a 1,996 Square Foot Boathouse adjacent to their Property, which would include a 102 Square Foot Storage Building, in West Shores at Eagle Shores Replat. If approved, this would make the Boathouse 396 Square Feet over and the Storage Building 2 Square Feet over what is Currently Allowed Under District Rules and Regulations
  4. Consider and Possibly Approve a Request from Skip Hurley, for a Variance to add 474 Additional Square Feet onto his Existing Boathouse adjacent to his Property, located on Lot 6, Cherokee Trace Subdivision in Titus County. If approved, this would be 208 Square Feet over what is Currently Allowed Under District Rules and Regulations, for a Total Overall Size of 1,808 Square Feet
  5. Consider and Possibly Approve a Request from Glen Johnson, for a Variance to add 1,656 Additional Square Feet onto his Existing Boathouse Adjacent to his Property, Located on Lot 8, Velma French Estates in Titus County. If approved, this would be 800 Square Feet over what is Currently Allowed Under District Rules and Regulations, for a Total Overall Size of 2,400 Square Feet
  6. Consider and Possibly Approve a Request from Ashley Black to Build a Residential Structure Within the Flowage Easement of her Property, Located on Lot 63, Phase III, The Peninsulas at Lake Bob Sandlin, in Titus County
  7. Consider and Possibly Approve a Request from Sheila Attaway to Build a Residential Structure Within the Flowage Easement of her Property, Located on Lot 1, Phase One, Waterside Sandlin Subdivision, in Titus County
  8. Consider and Possibly Approve a Request from Michael and Jonette Whitney to Build a Residential Structure Within the Flowage Easement of their Property and above the 342 Elevation line with the exception of an outdoor kitchen, Located on CR 2720, in Titus County
  9. Consider and Possibly Approve a Request from Chris Elliott to Build a Residential Structure Within the Flowage Easement of his Property, Located on CR 2337, in Camp County
