Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the governing body of the above-named political subdivision will be held on the 16th day of February, 2026 at 12:00 P.M. in the District Office, 352 Fort Sherman Dam Road, Mount Pleasant, Texas, at which time the following subjects will be discussed:
- Consider and Possibly Approve the Minutes from November 17, 2025
- Review Financials and Bills from November, December and January
- Consider and Possibly Approve a Request from Tony and Amy Childress to build a bridge on lake property connecting two adjacently owned properties, located in the Caddo Point Trails Subdivision, in Franklin County
