Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the governing body of the above-named political subdivision will be held on the 16th day of February, 2026 at 12:00 P.M. in the District Office, 352 Fort Sherman Dam Road, Mount Pleasant, Texas, at which time the following subjects will be discussed:

  1. Consider and Possibly Approve the Minutes from November 17, 2025
  2. Review Financials and Bills from November, December and January 
  3. Consider and Possibly Approve a Request from Tony and Amy Childress to build a bridge on lake property connecting two adjacently owned properties, located in the Caddo Point Trails Subdivision, in Franklin County                             
  4. Consider and Possibly Approve, and Set the Commercial Rate Pertaining to a Request from Alan Pariser of Big Al’s Barefoot Bay to Install a Swimming Platform, Boat Slips, Pier and Boat Ramp, Adjacent to the Marina Property, Located at 5244 FM 1520, Pittsburg, in Camp County
  5. Consider and Possibly Approve a Specific Use Permit from Khristin Seymore for the American Endurance Ride Conference 2026 Racing Stripes Endurance Ride April 10 and 11, 2026 and Weekends Starting March 21, 2026 for Setup through April 12, 2026 for Cleanup
  6. Consider and Possibly Approve the District’s Investment Policy for 2026 and Amend District’s Official Statement of Policies with the 2026 Investment Policy
  7. Consider and Possibly Approve the District’s 2025 Racial Profiling Report
  8. Call Election for May 2, 2026 for Purpose of Electing 3 Directors
  9. Consider and Possibly Approve asking Jackson Walker to Move Forward with Complaints Regarding Lake Monticello
